Woburn Public Media Center is television for Woburn by the people of Woburn.  WPMC was formed in 2005 by a voluntary board of directors to serve the communication needs of the residents, educational institutions, governmental bodies and not-for-profit organizations in Woburn, Massachusetts.  Since then, WPMC has opened it's doors to the community of Woburn so that public, educational and governmental (PEG) access can work to support the goals of individuals and institiutions alike.  WPMC, Inc. is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and it fulfills it's mission by providing training on, and free access to video production equipment and channel time on the local Comcast, Verizon and RCN cable systems.

The programs we air consist of a variety of topics.  Depending on your interests, there's something for everyone.  Each WPMC producer has their own ideas and visions, usually ones that they are passionate about.  Becoming a producer at WPMC is easy, but being a WPMC producer requires lots of hard work and dedication.  At WPMC we are especially grateful for all of our volunteers.  If you would like to volunteer, please call us or stop by the station.
